One of the biggest digital events everyone looks forward to each year is Spotify Wrapped, a personalized overview showing your most listened tracks of the year. While music lovers dive into their stats, anyone with an eye for design pays close attention to the visuals. Every year, the design team at Spotify works on a completely new aesthetic for the campaign, and I wanted to take a shot at creating my own version.
For this concept, I drew inspiration from mixed media, hyperpop aesthetics, and dynamic overlays. Below, you can see the breakdown of my Spotify Wrapped design.
